Print online players to a web page

I can get the steamid and the name of online players, nut how can i print these to a list on a web page?

like:

 -> KRATOSS [STEAMID]

 -> ANOTHER PLAYER [STEAMID]

you can make one plugin.
onplayerconnect = add name steam in mysql tabel.
and on disconect remove where steamid = playersteamid.
after you can take this with php and display on site

Your mysql tabel idea is exactly as mine. I think that this method is just the best. Thanks.
