Is there someway we could save our tracer settings instead of having to change it every map change?

I put all files in to folders and even from the console it shows it's enabled but I'm getting no effects at all. Any idea why?

I installed a tracer for the zombie server when I shoot I don’t have tracers and when I get infected the bots have tracers why is that so?

Can i get like to the zip file i cannot seem to find the .gamedata.txt file
