Then I changed the name of lbd_sbpp_main.smx to sbpp_main.smx with the following error.

leave the name from the "lbd_sbpp_main.smx" and just put the old file "sbpp_main.smx" in the disabled folder

There are no mistakes in doing that. However, the list of banned people is not sent to sourcebans. For example, how to unban banned people?

Probably you are relatively new in things server created, I use the system with Sourcebans++ and do not have the problems, the system runs perfect without any problems
