This is my first plugin, I studied others 3 plugings and i made this one

Admin commands:
amx_mp3 (filename) -- all players listen to the music
amx_stopmp3 -- stop mp3

Free user commands:
amx_playmp3 (filename) -- the single player listen the music
say /stop -- the single player stop to listen to the mp3

How to install:

place the musics at: $mod/sound/mp3/ Creat a file at: amxmodx/configs/mp3_SoundList.ini add the musics at the mp3_SoundList.ini without the .mp3 or the file directory (exemple: rambo or timeisnow) than at the game amx_mp3 (filename)

I have a feeling this might get trashed. The admins have been getting tired of all these mp3 players going around. It doesn't bother me but I am just putting out a warning!

if it werent EXACTLY the same as http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=17931 then it would be ok. (and still get trashed) but since it is EXACTLY (coulda just copied the code and reposted its so exact) it's trash. (Mod's decision though)

put music into .ini file and admin can play it and client can stop it
no bugs (I don't think)
