im using a similar functionality in my FuncommandsX plugin, its actually crashing the server tho. Perhaps TeleportEntity is broken?
Once we get a new sourcemod/mm:s release hopefully it will work again.

Yeah even with the new release this plugin is not working. Loads up fine, just doesn't do squat.
