Can you double check the value of sm_vacbans_action by entering it into the server console? I can't see how the wrong action can be triggered in the simple switch statement.

I'm just blind and missed the cfg.

It's working correctly now but it doesn't display the players name when alerting admins, it kinda looks like it is just missing the players name. "has VAC bans on record" or something. If I can get a screenshot I will post it.

That should be fixed in 1.4.3.
