what is difference betwene downloading source code or win version??

The Source code is the source code of SourceMM, it is (essentially) a SourceMM SDK, this allows you and others to develop plugins that will work through SourceMM, whereas the Windows Version is just the compiled SourceMM DLL for use with server plugins.
