Frost effect is awesome. I was also thinking about making a MOVETYPE_FOLLOW entity for the fire too, and also making the zombies catch fire from one another.

I have a private mod named Zombie Plague Nightmare which has a lot of bugfixes and is much more customizable(new forwards, natives, etc...), which gives the possibility to do all these things through separate plugins.
