Is there anyway to detect if player's weapons got strip or dropped?
I was thinking about hooking drop or set_model but I am not really sure

What do you mean by stripped? Do you mean literally stripped by a plugin?

Try hooking ham_use on player_stripweapon entity and hook drop client cmd for dropping the weapon.

yeah, using user_strip_weapon
