Judgeing by the updated screenshot, it appears you were able to get rid of the black from the new effect.... if so, I would still suggest removeing the brown and any other dark color and leaveing only the yellow and orange

EDIT: Just wanted to add, it doesnt appear the new effect has the water splash, if not can it be added?

I can't do it, the current setting is the best setting I've found.

I won't do it because it doesn't look realistic: the water splash effect will be where you aim, and with the current speed, the blood sprite effect will be too short,
and if I increase the speed, it will be too long:



I can do a private version for you with the splash effect if you absolutly want it, but I won't release it officially.
