Connor, I just put this in my server, worked somewhat fine but when we try to listen the radio, it just code the entire html in the screen and no music at all.. what could be wrong?

Does it only works with CS servers? or could work in any half life based mod servers like ESF?

There is no specific code for cs, so if the mod supports the Motd message it will work.

Precisely! and what do we need to make the MOTD message work? it seems mine doesnt open html or stuff..

You can see yourself, by typing meta game ; if you don't see MOTD, it means the mod doesn't support this message and this plugin won't work.

Meta game on server console lists lots of things including MOTD

My fault, i've misread your post.
Unfortunately, some mods don't support motd (or may be html in motd).
Which one are you playing ?

ESF, got modules to run in the server
but when /hlmp or /radio or /music, it shows like \w rock...
or \y stuff and when we chose it, just open a motd screen with HTML code nothing more suppose it doesnt work on esf?

It sounds like menu color and html not supported in your mod.
