May I ask ... how to do that when the person comes first on the server so that it pops up exactly the same screen as the re-login? Because for us it makes it that when a person comes for the first time on the server so normally Logne games and unless we do not write /reg so just play without registering a mile to the registers and then connects to the server already has a password so I ... i wanted to do was simply mandatory registration ...

Read the first post. There is a CVAR rs_register_time.

you don't knew what think. I think that you have mandatory login for the server -i need too mandatory register.for to server .That you don't need write /reg .

Could You Explain me Which Cvar I have To Use It For Registration i mean
when player enter to a server :

block him with balck page and register option after logging in

player will able to play
