I think these are general aimbot questions, please bare with me and my curiosity.

I don't know how aimbot cheats usually work, but what would be the result if at the moment of shooting, the hacker is knocked to the side or something? Does it still hit, does it depend on the hack? like if it's an aim assist/correct, and you're definitely pointing in the right way but 'press the trigger' while being moved, is it a miss? or are there stuff that correct the trajectory as well and it's always a hit (well.. depending on the miss rate set before hand, of course)?
