I have spent a little time with the source code and figured how to add HI support but I cant compile for unknown reasons.


So here is what needs to be added as far as I can tell.


Add this line below the "Holy Wars" line:

    {"hostileintent",   "hl_i386.so",  "hl.dll", "Hostile Intent"},

(Note: Not really in small, just to color it up )

Put the attached file(within the zip) in the ents folder.

I would like if someone could add this to MetamodX and post a compiled Win32 MetaModX.

On another note: When do you think plugins will be open to have posts? I am going to start work on some plugins once its open.

Wait... are you continuing to develop MetamodX? I thought you wanted to submit the patches to Willy... It would be difficoult to keep up with all the metamod forks

Its just a patched up metamod. You see modified metamods for little things like game support. At the Hostile Intent forums they have a linux metamod patched for HI support.(Out of date - its missing some entities)


Eventually when Will Day has time he will add what we have added.

For example, if your friend drives you to work sometimes. But is busy one day, you dont just stand there waiting do you? You take another way to work.
