Hello. I installed a csgo server on Centos 5. But the steamclient.so file is not working. And the players can not connect to the server. Is there a solution?

This is very little to go off of. But steamclient.so doesn't really matter last time I checked. Not entire sure but I think CSGO servers require a token to make it appear on the server browser.

Either way, it's probably time to think about moving over to CentOS 7 or something. Centos 5 hit EOL March of last year.

Most Linux distributions are working identical with most things (except package managers, depending on the underlying system), so if the newest CentOS doesn't work for you, then try something else.

The forums has at least a dozen threads related to things like "Distribution A vs Distribution B", "OS A vs OS B", etc. You might want to take a look at them.

If you really want to run such ancient systems and code from the stone age, you're all on your own.
