it can't be fix with the amount of stuff you give us.
There are problems:

gxm_item_enabled(id) - I assumed it will only give the weapon when it enabled

=> Everytime you respawn, you have to give the gun again
=> But then you don't know if player unlocked it or when player passed it and change to other weapon
=> You can't catch the right time to give the player weapon again.

What do you want the plugin to do?
When you respaw your weapon disappear.
Is this for DM mode? ZM? Classic gameplay?
Do you want to respawn with previous weapon bought?
I didnt catch your idea.

1. Yes thats how gunxpmod works.
2. Gunxpmod checks if player has unlocked it or not, if yes then he will have Heaven Splitter. If no then he will get the gun base weapon (ak47 i don't remember sry)
2.Some one told me that some weapons without bool (Like g_has..g_Had...etc) do not work, maybe this is one of these according to his knowledge he can't fix it.
3. its simple dead/respawn you should get the weapon.

1. I want the plugin when i respawn i get the heaven splitter.
2. When i respawn i don't get it. i do get only for first time unlocking it then after i die or next round start i get only weapon base (AK47 i don't remember sry)
3. Its is for Umbrella Swarm Mod (search for it to get more information)
4. Yes when i spawn gunxpmod show gun menu when i select ak47 (if i'm not wrong about weapon base) i get Heaven Splitter.
