Another question, does the Ban function from ingame within the Admin Menu (Sourcemod) still work or is it now also without any effect since the Bans go only through Sourcebans ?

You could try it out. But yes, it works and uses Sourcebans.

Yes, I agree with wolfseye, I dont think is our problem (insurgency / CSGO) , something must has change with the last updates. Sorry for answer many days late! I dont receive any alerts of this post.

Cannot find this line in 2.0 version. After banning player from web interface the player isn't kicked from the server.
