Hello folks,
I have tried to compile metamod-p 1.19p32 pretty hard over the last few days, but without success. I have downloaded the sources from their website, and even without changing a thing, running make compiles the binary, but it does not load. On server startup I get
LoadLibrary failed on ./cstrike/addons/metamod/dlls/metamod_i386.so: ./cstrike/addons/metamod/dlls/metamod_i386.so: undefined symbol: __gxx_personality_v0
Host_Error: Couldn't get DLL API from ./cstrike/addons/metamod/dlls/metamod_i386.so
FATAL ERROR (shutting down): Host_Error: Couldn't get DLL API from ./cstrike/addons/metamod/dlls/metamod_i386.so!

Any suggestions ? How do I make it to work ?

You probably need to compile it with gcc-2.95, though I am unsure. You may want to ask evilspy in IRC (#amxmodx or #metamod).

A quick fix is to -lstdc++ in the link line.
