You don't have to be a steam user to access these forums. There are far more other resources here other than just amxx or sourcemod related. If you read the rules, it states

You do not need to own the game on Steam to participate in these forums. However, publicizing violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) will result in a ban.

As long as you're not violating that, you're free to use these forums.

As for AMXX yes, the number of moderators is decreasing, if I could say so. But as for SM, that's a false claim.

It's a shame and ignorance that AMXX has only one moderator and one approver active (whom I thank publicly: thanks for your awesome work, Bugsy and HamletEagle!), whereas SM has much, much more than that.

It's not a shame nor ignorance, it's dedication. You can't blame any moderator who left just because they moved on.

What kind of dedication? What's the point of "overlooking" people from another section, really? I mean, if administrators have no time to watch AMXX forums, then it's not that hard to simply replace inactive moderators/approvers over there. This way it's much easier yet smarter to moderate the forum.

just that amxx forums just need a bit more life. I do agree this could use more moderators, but there’s also a process in the bugs/report that you can apply on.

Exactly my point. Take a look at for example scripting/requests sub-forums for both AMXX and SM. Even tho it's a larger community, SM has less active threads, because AMXX has been "buffed" (meaning it has been more active over the last 4 months or so).

He’s right. They’re doing this out of their free time. Don’t think this is about overlooking other people, just that amxx forums just need a bit more life. I do agree this could use more moderators, but there’s also a process in the bugs/report that you can apply on.
