[Any] Single Sound Player
Version 1.0

Introduction:

This plugin lets an admin play a sound to one player without affecting any other players on the server.

I created this specifically to play a sound clip to annoying/abusive/undesirable players that might otherwise be kicked/banned (I don't like banning people, and kicked people rejoin)
If you want to use another audio file, just edit the filename defined on line 4.

Commands:

sm_singlesound <#userid:name>

Install Instructions:

1. Place SingleSound.smx into your sourcemod/plugins/ folder.
2. Place your sound file in tf/sounds
3. Place the sound file on your fast download server in the same location.

yep, sm_play comes with base plugins

Well, to be honest, I didn't know about sm_play until just now
I argue that this plugin is easier since you don't have to remember the file path...
But still, oops

Maybe when I get some time I'll adapt it to play a selection of sounds via the admin menu...
