I can understand that if someone pulls out a gun and starts threatening people or if someone is running up and down the aisles and refusing to sit.
But these things are just more an annoyance than an actual threat.

Don't get me wrong a screaming kid would annoy the crap out of me too but I don't think thats any reason to make an emergency landing to kick them off the plane.
