I need a plugin that allows users to only execute a given command once a day. It will be used on a multi-server community so MySQL would be needed from what I've researched.
An example of how I would like it to work would be.
Player types !claim
Command is executed to give them credits for our store.
Player cannot type it again on any server until 1 day has passed.

It would also be fine if it reset daily for everyone regardless of when they typed it. e.g. it always resets at 9AM or something

Even better would be incremental, so they get more credits if they type it more days in a row.

I would be willing to pay some money for the development, provided full support can be guaranteed for it. PM for details on payment preferably stating how much you would want for it. anything else just leave below
