I'm sure moderators and administrators here know what "Personal text" is and will know what I'm talking about.

I'll explain if you don't know:

Personal text is something that can be added to any kind of official forum and can be changed in your account settings/control panel. It will display text NOT images below your avatar, or in this forums case, below your karma. If you even consider adding this I suggest also implementing a feature to block inappropriate content. Maximum characters for it could be something like ten.
