Hello, I have recently got a problem with my sv_downloadurl for my cs 1.6 server, I have to mention that I have a router so I port forwarded the used port 80 which is used by application of my sv_downloadurl, the thing is when I access the web page with the router's custom ip starting with 192 it shows the directories and files which I have put there, but when I am trying to enter my real ip from provider it shows same page but it has a warning message, Forbidden you cannot access files on this page, in this way the only one who gets fast download of files from server is only me, so what could be the problem and how can I fix that ? thanks in advance.

Do you live someplace with restrictive ISPs? I've heard of ISPs blocking certain common ports on consumer internet connections, such as port 80 or ports 21/22. You could always try configuring your web server to use a random port such as 38762 or something and see if it works.

Changed the port, but anyway I am getting the same message "You don't have permission to access /cstrike/ on this server."

Are you able to access it from a different connected device within your LAN? (eg your phone or a different computer)

Also, have you set the permissions on the directory correctly?

That's the thing, I don't know where and how should I do that.

Well I don't know what OS and what web server you're using.

EDIT: Did you use some sort of tutorial to install the web server?

I am using wamp server, and the host is actually my personal computer, Windows 8.1.

I have already done that step, anyway I can only access them only from the ip 192. not from real one starting with 89.

Well it's hard to decide what to help with if i don't know what you've already tried.

What tutorial did you use to install the server in the first place?
