I got this problem since Dota 2 client Build 1200,
I'm using 1296 now, and the problem still the same, I can't make the server works.
I have the last metamod and d2fixups (download today), and also added the required line inside gameinfo.txt to reference the addons path.
The server just start and after 5 o 6 lines, it shutdown.

the log file only catch this, after those commands, the server console window ALWAYS closes.

I've never had these problems in earlier versions of the build 1200!

seems like a problem with the autoexec try using this commands:
