Would be nice to be able to choose between give bonuses (not only money) to rushers and/or punish non-rushers.

Also, use cvar pointers is not a must with the way you did, because you only retrieve values once, problem with this way is where you cache values, because if values are stored in amxx.cfg, values gonne be cached before amxx.cfg is executed, you should delay a bit, or get values in real time but then you should use cvar pointers.

yes, something like Info Zone, and other existing plugins making special areas via menu.

You should really do this if you want your plugin approved. Working just on some maps and providing 0 details on how to make it compatible with multiple maps it's not user friendly. Also this is not a big deal, add a menu and the owner can use it to place a trigger where he aim.
