Everytime when the map is changed or when the sv_restart command it's used the menu doesn't appear in the first round and the players have only a glock / usp and the players can't choose a weapon, when the player dies, all its back to normal. Happens even if you choose a weapon before the restart.
How can i fix this ?

2.1.1 is not supported. The latest supported version is CSDM 2.1.2. No steam = no support.

I have 2.1.2 and I don't have this problem.

I didn't had this problem till now, i have no idea why it occured.
I've tried disabling all plugins, to reinstall amxx, to reins csdm 2.1.1, 2.1.2 and 2.1.2k and still the same problem.
