Sourcemod and metamod won't load at all, nothing works, i can start the server, i can't figure out what's wrong, i don't get any logs, so i can't tell what's wrong.

Make sure you downloaded the latest stable version of both sourcemod and metamod for the correct OS your game server is running on.
