Custom Menu Weapons

Hi guys,

I would like to know if it is possible to create a plugin that enables the menu by a say / menu command so that the following description appears:

- AWP
> AWP Model 1
> AWP Model 2
> AWP Model 3 (VIP/Admin only)

- Eagle
> Eagle Model 1
> Eagle Model 2
> Eagle Model 3 (VIP/Admin only)

- [If CT] M4A1
> M4A1 Model 1
> M4A1 Model 2
> M4A1 Model 3 (VIP/Admin only)

- [If TR] AK-47
> AK-47 Model 1
> AK-47 Model 2
> AK-47 Model 3 (VIP/Admin only)

Thats possible?

I saw this one, but I wanted something more with other weapons too. It's possible?
