I got the plugin to work but it is not a fix

You can see your own custom spray when it is sprayed but everyone else sees the B as in the decal for bombsite B..
There has to be someone that could write a plugin to fix this issue.
Allow custom sprays even if it ends up being something other than the tempdecal.wad ?

I think "B" is shown in hltv demos.
