I want to Hook a Round end, but without Round end by roundtime.

Its a only for CT or Terrorist Win

Hook round end.
If hostage map, check if all hostages are rescued.
If bomb map, check if bomb exploded/defused.
If VIP map, check if VIP escaped.
If none of those happened, then check if all of 1 team is dead.
If no above checks work, then round ended by round time being 0.
