Is there any variable or any way that I can set a variable's value that it won't change after map change? Because static does change and im sure that global and local ofcourse change. will const change? I don't know, I'm sure there's a way that I'm just not aware of.

I've successfully used localinfo for this. I use it in Polymorph and one of the AMX Mod X plugins uses it.

Store the information of the variable in a file before mapchange
After the map change the plugin is initialized again, read the file and get the original value of the variable again, then set it.
