I would just yell at you and say read the manual.

But, I will help you this time.

Download the .sma and .amxx
In your amxmodx folder, put the .sma into the scripting folder.
Also put the .amxx in the plugins folder.

In your configs folder, open up plugins.ini
Add the line...
amx_parachute.amxx

In the future, do not ask any questions like this again without reading the manual.
