so we are trying to make a freak fortress 2 server,
i seem to have no issue downloading the files
my friend seemingly downloads the files too, which includes some sounds.
in my client, all the sounds work fine, in his game, it says the sound is missing
looking into the downloads folder reveals the sound file was successfully downloaded.

tl;dr how can tf2 not see the sound file?

Update, my friend validated their game files, it said they were all fine,
after deleting the client.dll and server.dll for tf2 then validating the game, it was fixed
