Hi guys as soon someone connecting to my servers the server crashes direct. if i disable the sourcemod , the server will run just fine

What other plugins are you running? What version of sourcemod are you running?

It must be a plugin you are running. I updated to the latest version of SM just now and everything works fine except for slay.

It will claim folks are slain, and they will not be.

are u running a windows server? a plugin shouldn't crash the server unless you start using it.
