What kind of compiler setup do you guys use? I am using GCC 4.1 for SM and Code::Blocks under Ubuntu Linux to compile extensions. However, the compiled extensions load but they don't log any errors I output nor do they do create a forward to be hooked by a plugin.

I was just wondering how you guys compile your extensions.

AlliedModders uses gcc-4.1 on Debian 4.0 for official builds - though we can use gcc-4.anything and clang, we use an older toolchain for easy compatibility with older servers.

If you print to stdout, the server will eat it. You need to use a logging function and enable logging, or Msg().
