Hello where can i see what player are banned?

I use the default amxban plugin.
pls help

But this file stay emty.
and player is banned.

Are you sure they are still banned? Try using the command "listid" in the server console (e.g. via HLSW) and see if it lists the banned players. This command will list any bans that are in memory which will include any bans in the ban file.

yes bann not work! i use it with sven coop.

amx_addban <authid or ip> <minutes> [reason]

i test it to ban me for 2 minute but it doesnt ban me.
but console write [AMXX] Authid "STEAM_0" added to ban list

When used with a SteamID, you have to add quotes "".
For some reason the colon ( : ) char splits SteamID in more than one piece.

amx_addban "STEAM_0:1:123456" 0 "reason here"
