Problem is fixed, after a playertest no lagg.

Cpu was running on 3.4ghz

if sv jumps red, and var increase, its trying to say you "not enough cpu"

whats the server slot and tickrate?

whats the OS?

whats the exactly cpu name/model?

you may have some "power saving" features on, check if cpu running at full power. check it cat /proc/cpuinfo did it work at full speed(mhz)?
