What do people do for 24/7 servers running the same map. I know if a map is played for a really long time without a map change the game starts to get jerky and the movement of everything isn't smooth.

Is there a plugin you can specify at say 5:00AM to auto cycle the map it's currently on? Or is there a better way to do this.

I know there is a cronjob plugin but the problem with that is running multiple servers from the same installation, they all share cfg/cronjob.txt

Easy method would be to set the map to the 24/7 map you want to run in 'mapcycle.txt' then just set 'mp_timelimit' to a 3-4 hours or so. You could get plugins to do more advanced things but that's one simple method to doing it.

I have written a little php script which simply gets run via a Linux Cronjob.
It cycles trough an Array of Servers and simply sends the changelevel command via RCon, requires you to have permissions to order Linux Cronjobs tho (should also work on Windows as long as you have php installed)
