Short answer: not possible.
Use the decompiled with lysis as a reference to rewrite the whole thing.

decompiled the plugin using AMXX UnCompress, made changes, the plugin compiled but nothing changed

Not sure what do you mean with "nothing changed". What are you trying to do?
