Hook text messages for it and then do a for loop and set speed 0 (or use stun native)?

Isn't there a default cvar that does this already?

Edit:
I'm thinking of mp_chattime, I don't remeber if that freezes players though...

Yeah could be, but I need to freeze the player like alien grunt's hero, the player can't move and fire.

mp_chattime isn't a cvar that sets the time to change map? Exemple after 3 second map will change to the next!

It's the amount of time in seconds allowed to chat before map change takes place at the end of the map... "mp_chattime <0-120> amount of time in seconds players can chat after the game is over. Lower value = faster map load change. Default: 10"

Although many map vote plugins will alter this (like the default amx map vote plugin) and I think the scoreboard is shown during this but I don't recall.

The referred freeze is the maps freeze! Not player

mp_freezetime ?

or are you saying you want to replicate that at your discretion? if so, I would look into the use of the FL_FROZEN flag (which is what happens during freezetime), though I don't know what adverse effects that would have turning on and off at will while other calls are being made.
