If you have tested this version can you tell if ammo regen is working?

On linux regen works fine! No crashes (on linux).

Regen is working just fine but the crash issue is still there. :/

Ammo Regen still doesn't work for me. Running sm stable 1.3.8.

even if a TFDB map isn't loaded. It's coming from the extension even when the plugin isn't loaded. I'm using the latest release, 1.3.2.

The extension doesn't unload on a new map. Not sure if it's supposed to be like this or not but it was never a problem before.

It's happening because it's still set to enabled, you either need to manually set sm_dodgeball_enabled to 0 or set sm_dodgeball_check_map to 1 and leave the plugin loaded (since it'll manage sm_dodgeball_enabled for the extension).

Right, sounds good. Also, I think updating to sourcemod has fixed the major problems my server has. But I'll add that to my config setup (I have a config I call every time in server.cfg that does a mass unload of all mod-specific plugins first)
