To set round infinitive without using cvar . (I'm modding CS, so, I dont want player change the cvar

Well modifying the cvar would be ok, but I understand a native would be cool. Will do it.

Small update which fixes a minor issue when setting ir_block_roundend to 0 and added a native SetBlockingRoundEnd as per-request by darktemplar, acting like the cvar.

Disabling plugin by setting 'ir_block_roundend' to 0 was not properly handled.
y como desactivo el plugin cuando este en un mapa de_dust2?

ciclo de mapa

de_ABC <== infinite round disable
gg_ABC <== infinite round enable
cs_ABC <== infinite round disable
dm_ABC <== infinite round enable

dm = deathmatch
gg = gungame

debe agregar activa/desactivar se debe a mi servidor que esta implementado dm, gg, sj, de, cs todo en uno

Use the cvar ir_block_roundend. 0 to disable the plugin. You can create a config per map.
