Put the VIP- in front of the users name when setting the VIP status.
Then use another plugin to restrict the tag "VIP-" to only VIP users (Note: You can use the is_user_vip() function from the API to see if player can wear tag or not).

It doesn't kick the player if the passwords do not match, unless amx_mode is 2.

Sry i don´t understand the flags...

I have set vip_auth_flags and vip_default_flags to bijstu.

Additonaly i use this Plugin: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=675900

The Plugin requies the flags bit. So when i add a vip with the flag bijstu he should be VIP, but when i write /vip i don´t see, that the VIP is VIP.

I am using Amxbans. So when i write amx_reloadadmins i just see the Admins an not the Vips. But thats logical!
