i have noticed that since i got bant last time after it, my subscribed threads would not show in the user cp but when i browse through the forums it shows me the on the ones i been subscribed too..

That icon shows which threads you've posted in, not which you've subscribed to.

yeah but every thread that i have been posted something in it, is always subscribed... you get the point

what he means is that he is suscribed to all treads look at in his user profile

every thread that i posted something in is subscrbed but after i was banned when i came back when the ban time was over non of them showed up on my list but they do show that icon

This type of data is deleted from DB. And is not a bug nor a feature i am willing to add. The icon with the little circle only means u posted in the thread, nothing to do with subscription.
