That is the sad thing also not letting us have custom weapon models show right now, but we can still set the player's model to another model at least for now. if they did block that then say good bye to prop hunt and custom skins on server's, that would be a sad day if valve did that for what ever reason.

Bug: Running a command using a number with the first command will output the item itself, but also one item with the number. For example, "Has Found Gold Botkiller Knife Mk. II" and "Has Found 968." The quality is preserved, though.

EDIT: Nevermind, I fixed it. It was still conflicting with this mod: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=98657 - fixed it by changing that mods command to sm_itemfoundlegacy.

I see other people are able to use this without mistake, but I am not able to see in chat that its working. I see that the command "cvar" is going threw, but its not showing...

I downloaded the .smx & .sp
placed them in the correct folders, "addons & scripting"

Used the command
sm_fakeitem @me 99 vintage buy

Did I do something wrong?

When I use the command, "sm_fakeitem @me 14 8 found", in the chat box it'll print



It should be printing "Valve Sniper Rifle", instead of just plain Sniper Rifle. Why is it doing this?

The game seems to be omitting quality text, instead relying on the colors to indicate quality to the reader. This is true of both "fake" and "real" item messages.

The "fake" item text prints exactly what it's told. The colors are created using color codes.

Any plans on adding the Collector's quality? (Or have I missed something implying that it's already there)

Just use the ID number for Collector's quality.
