Most definitely possible, only sad thing is i don't know any JavaScript.

EDIT: Would've been a lot easier if there were classes assigned to the forum elements.

For those looking for something that covers all sites, I use a Chrome extension called Dark Reader, it puts all sites into dark mode and is very configurable for how sites appear and which sites it applies to.
