I saw this on one server.
When there is just one round left, server will use it for voting for nexmap.
All players have freezed themselves and screen has faded to black.

Then the vote for nextmap has appeared at the center of the screen. When voting is over server automatically change to nextmap.

If someone know this plugin can he post it here? Please?

I see this mapchooser pretty often. It's not private and not for ZP. I don't know it's name, though. Ask in Suggestions / Requests.
