Can someone help me with mic rejected msg over 304 bytes problem on tf2

HI i recently have this problem with my tf2 server and idk why can some help me with it coz i dont see a solution online.(btw sorry if there are grammar mistakes)(i put zero's there coz thats where ip would show up of the person that tried to talk on the mic).
