Hi,

I have a player on CS:GO server who got a strange error periodically. At one moment he can't connect to the server with an error in the console:
[UGC] download of file from cloud failed with result 16 ...
An error occurred while attempting to download a file from the UGC server!

If we have a local map on the server, he connects as usual. But this error is with any map from Workshop even he played on it recently.

Did you meet such a problem? I appreciate any advice on where to check.

Strange problem A couple of addition to thinking about...
If the player adds some map from the workshop, it will download to his machine and after that, all next maps are loaded successfully. However, after our server restart, the problem appears again And to fix it he should do the same - add a map from the workshop, wait and all next maps load normally ((
I have no idea what is happening.
I have:
- a file subscribed_collection_ids.txt with one collection id inside
- webapi_authkey.txt
And only one player has this problem

Hey, did you have putted your steam api key on server startup ?

Take your key from here

No, I have it in webapi_authkey.txt

Go check again your API key from Steam, is it still valid or expired.
